Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unused and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products
- Gift cards
- Clearance, final sale, or heavily discounted items
- Any item that has been used, damaged after delivery, or is missing original packaging

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at Contact@filania.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Please do not send items back without first receiving confirmation from our team. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions. Depending on the product and fulfillment location, the return address provided may vary. The correct return destination will be included in your approval email.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Contact@filania.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will review the situation and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately once your return request has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status within 2 business days.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at Contact@filania.com.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, items must be:
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
